Why Choose Turin Grinders?

The specialty coffee community often faces a steep price barrier when looking for low-retention single-dose grinders. Turin revolutionized this space by offering robust metal construction, precise alignment, and professional flat burrs at a fraction of traditional commercial costs. By letting users weigh individual doses and eliminate stale beans left sitting in a hopper, Turin equipment ensures maximum freshness, minimal waste, and effortless transitions between different coffee origins or roast profiles.

Highlights

• True Low-Retention Single-Dosing: Designed to minimize grind retention so virtually 100% of the coffee weighed in comes out fresh.

• Stepless Precision Adjustment: Infinite micro-metric adjustments allow baristas to dial in the exact extraction sweet spot for espresso.

• Anti-Static Ion Generator Technology: Built-in plasma generators significantly reduce coffee grounds mess and clumping during the grinding process.

• Upgradable Burr Ecosystem: Standardized burr sizes (such as 64mm formats) make it easy to swap in custom burrs to match your specific flavor preferences.

Pros & Cons

Pros

• Exceptional grind consistency and particle uniformity rivaling equipment twice the price.

• Outstanding value for money across both entry-level (DF54) and advanced (DF64/DF83) models.
